How do I send my airbrush to you?
+
Pack your airbrush carefully in a padded envelope or small box, then send it to our service address via Australia Post or any courier. We recommend using tracked postage. Contact us first and we'll email you a booking form and packing instructions.
Why is cleaning my airbrush so important?
+
90% of the airbrushes we see that are not functioning as they should have not been cleaned properly. To ensure you are not wasting time and money, please maintain your equipment thoroughly. The best rule of thumb is simple — clean it while the paint is still wet. Dried paint is the number one cause of blockages, poor spray patterns and expensive repair bills. A thorough flush after every session takes two minutes and can save you a lot.
How long does a repair take?
+
Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days of receiving your airbrush. During busy periods it may be up to 10 days. We'll keep you updated by email. Rush service (3 business days) is available for an additional $25.
Do you use genuine Iwata and Sparmax parts?
+
Yes, always. We only use genuine parts sourced through official Australian distributors. We never use third-party substitutes — genuine parts fit and perform correctly, and using genuine parts is part of what keeps your warranty valid.
What if my airbrush isn't worth repairing?
+
We'll always tell you honestly. If the cost of repair exceeds the value of the airbrush, or if we find damage that can't be properly fixed, we'll say so in writing before doing any work. You'll only pay the $29 diagnosis fee, and we'll return your airbrush.
Is my repair covered by a warranty?
+
All repairs carry a 30-day warranty on the work performed and any parts installed. If the same fault recurs within 30 days, send it back and we'll fix it at no charge. The warranty covers the repaired fault only, not new or unrelated issues.
Do you service other airbrush brands?
+
No — Iwata and Sparmax only. This is a deliberate choice. Specialising in one manufacturer means we know it deeply, stock the right parts, and can give every airbrush the attention it deserves. We'd rather do one thing really well than many things adequately.
What does shipping cost?
+
All our service prices exclude shipping. You are responsible for sending the airbrush to us. Return postage is additional and billed at actual cost — we'll include it on your final invoice. We recommend using tracked and insured postage when sending your airbrush to us.
